Careers

Work that gets reviewed, documented and maintained

Most of what makes a job good here is unglamorous: code review that happens, decisions written down, and nobody expected to be a hero at 2am because a release was rushed.

Open positions.

We have no advertised openings right now.

We would still rather hear from good people than not. Send what you have built, what you want to work on next, and why this firm rather than another one. Every application gets a reply.

What you can expect here.

  • Code review on every change, including ours
  • Architecture decisions written down with the reasoning
  • A named mentor if you are early in your career
  • Time budgeted for testing, not borrowed from it
  • Deployment that does not require a person awake at midnight
  • Being told when your work is not good enough, clearly and early

Hiring

Common questions

Do you hire juniors?

Yes, deliberately. Teams made only of senior engineers stop being able to explain their decisions. Juniors join with a named mentor and real work, not a training track that runs separately from delivery.

Is the work remote?

Hybrid. Client work in regulated sectors sometimes requires on-site presence, and new joiners benefit from being in the room. Beyond that, where you work is largely your call.

What does the interview process look like?

A conversation, a practical exercise close to real work — not a puzzle — and a session with the engineers you would sit with. We pay for the exercise if it takes more than an hour of your time.

There are no openings listed. Should I still write?

Yes, if you have read what we do and think you fit it. Tell us what you have built and what you want to work on. We keep good applications on file and reply either way.
