What a team looks like
A typical squad is three to six people: two or three engineers, a designer shared across the sprint, QA, and a lead who is accountable for delivery and attends your planning. Composition follows the work — a data-heavy platform needs a different shape from a consumer app — and is agreed before start rather than assembled after the contract.
How it runs
The team works in your repository, your ticket tracker and your sprint rhythm. You talk to the engineers directly; a lead exists to remove blockers and keep the written record, not to sit between you and the people doing the work. Every week you get a short written note of what shipped, what is in progress and what is blocked. Every month there is a review of cost against output.

How is this different from a fixed-scope project?
A project fixes scope and price, which works when requirements are clear and stable. A dedicated team fixes capacity and cost instead, and the scope is decided sprint by sprint — better when the product is still moving or the roadmap runs past a single release.
Do we get the same people each month?
Yes. Continuity is the reason this model exists. Team members are named before the engagement starts, and any change is discussed with you in advance with a handover period, not swapped silently.
How does the time zone work for overseas clients?
Bangladesh Standard Time overlaps a full working day with the Gulf, South and South-East Asia and Australia, and the morning with Europe. For North American clients we set a fixed overlap window rather than pretending the whole day aligns.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months, which is roughly how long it takes for a team to become genuinely productive on an unfamiliar product. After that it runs month to month with a notice period agreed up front.
