Migration is the risky part
Moving years of stock, ledger and customer data is where these projects genuinely go wrong. So it is rehearsed: we migrate a copy, run reconciliation reports against the old system, show your finance team the differences, and repeat until the difference is explainable. Only then does a cutover date get set — with a rollback path that stays open.
After go-live
The first month-end in a new ERP always finds something. We plan for that with a close support window, and continue on a monthly agreement covering patching, report changes and the new requirement that appears the moment the business grows or the rules change.

Should we buy an ERP or build one?
Buy when your processes are standard and you are willing to change them to match the software. Build, or extend, when the process is genuinely specific — which in Bangladesh is most common in manufacturing costing, multi-godown stock and buyer-driven compliance reporting.
Can you handle VAT and NBR reporting requirements?
Yes. VAT treatment, challan handling and the reports your auditors expect are scoped during discovery with your accounts team, and built so the figures reconcile to the ledger rather than being assembled separately.
How do you move us off the current system without stopping work?
