These terms cover use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. Please attribute quotes to BetterSoftZ and link back to the source page. Do not republish articles in full without asking first.

What the content is, and is not

Articles, guides and cost discussions on this site are general information written from our experience. They are not legal, financial or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional reviewing your specific situation. Costs and timelines mentioned are illustrative; the figure that binds us is the one in a written proposal.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. We aim to reply within one business day. Nothing you send through the form should be confidential information — wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place, which we are happy to sign before detailed discussions.

Intellectual property

The BetterSoftZ name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. Client names and marks that appear here belong to those clients and are shown with their permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site, we are pointing at something useful, not endorsing everything on it or taking responsibility for its content.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit anything agreed in a signed client contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
