Why are some clients not named?
Because they have not given written permission to be named, and we will not publish a client name without it. Where a client is unnamed we describe the system and the outcome without identifying them.
Can we speak to a reference?
Yes, for clients who have agreed to take reference calls, and we will match you to one in a similar sector or system type. We ask them each time rather than treating a past agreement as standing.
Can you show the system rather than a write-up?
Often yes. Where a client permits it we walk through the working system on a call, which tells you far more about quality than a case study page can.
